The late Alan Toogood challenged anti-social behaviour.
"A 15-year-old boy, a boy and a girl aged 16, and 18-year-old man were originally arrested on suspicion of murder, but the Crown Prosecution Service decided not to press charges. The man and two boys refused to answer questions at the inquest on Tuesday. "

I note with interest that the authorities are placing a certain amount of guilt on the dead man. After all, if he hadn't gone to the pub and had a drink, he might still be alive...

1.5 times the limit - what's that, three pints? The BBC are making out he's a drunken maniac. If he was a junkie they'd have the hankies out and baying for the death penalty.
